- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site, including the URL.

- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Takedown Process

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notification, J-POP streaming will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted it.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the content that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the French legal authorities, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, J-POP streaming will restore the removed content, unless we first receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the content on our website.
